Clădire Neoromânească atipică pentru Paul SMĂRĂNDESCU, vila Alexandru Hassan nu prezintă nici un bovindou masiv, cu console studiate. În schimb, volumele care compun partea vilei vizibilă dinspre stradă sunt clare și atent compuse. Astfel, volumul cu logie la parter, cu fațadă simetrică, se compune cu volumul care găzduiește intrarea. Dezvoltat pe un singur nivel, acesta din urma se transformă în terasă pentru etajul întâi, acoperită cu o structură din lemn cioplit cu delicatețe. Acoperișul acesteia începe exact la aceeași cotă la care începe și friza, continuând astfel liniile fațadei într-o manieră plăcută și reușită.

Acest tip de atenție la detalii poate fi remarcat pe întreg parcursul fațadelor acestei vile, construită de antrepriza inginerului Tiberiu EREMIE.

Atypical Neoromanian building for Paul SMĂRĂNDESCU, Alexandru Hassan Villa doesn’t use any massive bow window with studied supports. However the volumes that compose the part of the villa that is visible from the street are clear and carefully composed. Thusly, the volume with the ground floor loggia, with a symmetrical façade, is composed with the volume that houses the entrance. Developed over a single level, the latter turns into a terrace for the upper floor, covered with a carefully carved wooden structure. The roof over this terrace starts exactly at the same height as the frieze, thusly continuing the lines of the façade in a pleasant and skilled manner.

This kind of attention to details can be seen all along the façades of the villa built by engineer Tiberiu EREMIE.
