Volumele elansate ale acestei vile se compun legate de friza cu motive florale și profilaturi epurate, modelate după ancadramentele ferestrelor etajului. Ancadramente simple și curate pentru ferestrele rectangulare ale etajului, și unele chiar mai subtile pentru ferestrele cu arc în mâner de coș ale parterului dau tonul unui Neoromânesc târziu și foarte fin. Acestea sunt printre ultimele tușe Neoromânești ale arhitectului.
Vila Arnold Peter a fost ridicată în anul 1927 de antrepriza L. și C. SCHINDL.
The upward volumes of this villa are tied together by the floral motif and cleansed profiles frieze, modeled between the window frames of the upper floor. The simple and clean window frames for the rectangular windows of the upper floor and the even more subtle ones for the basket handle arched windows of the ground floor set the mood for a late and very refined Neoromanian style. These are among the last of the architects’ Neoromanian brush strokes.
The Arnold Peter Villa was contracted by L. and C. SCHINDL in 1927.
