Silueta îngustă și înaltă a imobilului de la numărul 24 de pe strada General Christian Tell articulează într-un limbaj eclectic elemente simple, elegante și linii clare, lipsite de orice fel de ezitare. Elementul care atrage privirea din stradă este bovindoul de la etaj, aferent dormitorului principal. Consolele bovindoului, atipice pentru opera arhitectului, sunt minuțios ornate de la chenarele pandantive până la guttae de la partea lor inferioară.

Friza care leagă volumele diferite este întreruptă de ancadramentele ferestrelor de la etaj, generând iluzia distanțării mai pronunțată a acestora de planul fațadei.

Starea actuală, probabil datorată unei resaurări abile, îngăduie trecătorilor să admire o locuință de eclectică de început de secol 20 după cum ar fi experimentat-o și oamenii din acea perioadă.

Vila a fost construită în 1913 de antrepriza Giovanni PASCOLO și a costat circa 100.000 de lei.

The narrow and tall silhouette of the building at number 24 on Strada General Christian Tell articulates simple, elegant elements and clear, unhesitant lines, within an eclectic language. The element that stands out is the upper floor main bedroom bow window. The supports of the bow window, atypical for the architects’ work, are carefully detailed with elements from pendant triangle frames to the guttae on the lower extremity.

The frieze that connects the various volumes is interrupted by the upper floor window frames, creating the illusion of a more pronounced detachment of these frames from the façade.

The current state of the villa, probably due to a recent successful restoration, allows passersby to admire a beginning of the century eclectic villa, as the people of that period would have.

The villa was built in 1913 by contractor Giovanni PASCOLO for approximately 100.000lei.
