Volumul simplu cu accente Neoromânești și eclectice al vilei se face foarte puțin simțit din stradă datorită perdelei dense de vegetație. Ancadramentele comune pentru ferestrele de la parter și etaj echilibrează orientarea orizontală a fațadelor, introducând elemenete verticale puternice decorate minuțios, discret.

Friza cu motive florale ‘leagă’ volumele altfel nu foarte vibrate ale vilei, suprapunându-se deseori cu umbra streșinii puternice.

Balconul de la parter de pe fațada dinspre stradă așează toată compoziția acesteia pe sol, fiind în același timp un prilej de decorație elegantă, aplicată ca un trafor pe parapeți.

Imobilul a fost ridicat în anul 1913 de antrepriza Leopold SCHINDL. 

The simple volume of this villa, with its’ Neoromanian and eclectic elements, makes for a very subtle presence on the street, due to the dense vegetation curtain. The two level window frames balance the horizontal orientation of the façades, introducing powerful vertical elements decorated in a thorough and discrete manner.

The floral motif frieze ties the otherwise not to vibrated volumes of the villa together, often overlapping the powerful shadow of the overhang.

The ground floor balcony on the street façade sets the entire composition on the ground, serving at the same time as an opportunity for elegant decoration, applied as a fretted parapet. 

This villa was erected in 1913 by contractor Leopold SCHINDL.
